Getting Started

  • For starters, we’ll introduce you to your New Client Setup Team. You’ll meet your contacts from IT, Compliance, Contract and Credentialing, Human Resources, and of course, your Billing Staff.

  • Next, we’ll determine a start up date and create an implementation timeline that insures a smooth start. We’ll plan for technology requirements, determine communication methods, set up policies and procedures, and create a schedule of events leading up to the “live” date. Work assignments will be made and expectations verified. All in all, we’ll make every effort to make the transition a smooth and enjoyable process.

  • Just one week after we begin billing, we perform an audit of our work to assess our accuracy, and timeliness. At month’s end, we’ll meet with you to review our work to that point and analyze your first month’s reports, making any adjustments necessary for continuing a successful start.

  • We will continue to meet with you on a regular basis to review your account, enjoying successes and fine-tuning the process. Our goal is simple: to provide you with confidence that we are doing everything we can to successfully manage your accounts receivables.
